Our cost plus 20% or set price contract are competitive with any building company. The difference between our price and theirs is probably the quality of the materials and workmanship used. (The Set Price Contract will protect the customer from inflation and allow the customer to budget payments, while Cost Plus Customer will pay the price of the day.)

With our well trained construction management and staff and our imported tools and machinery our construction and finishes quality is of international standard and we believe we have the best quality in Bali.

Your project is overseen by a professional Construction Manager, with a job Architect and a Structural Engineer on hand. Once a building has been poorly constructed it is near impossible to get it back into shape. It really needs to be demolished and started again. Same goes with the finishes. The tropics with its wet and dry season takes it toll on poorly constructed builings.
