DESIGN PROCESS

  • We can help to find or the customer has a piece of land.

  • We can arrange or the customer does due diligence on the land.

  • A lease, freehold and/or nominee contract is signed and payment made. (We can introduce a qualified, experienced lawyer, if needed.)

  • The customer considers how much he wishes to spend on the project.

  • The building wish list of the customer is discussed to see if the construction is doable for the money, the customer wishes to spend.

  • A design fee is given by Bali Villa Designs to the customer, and if the customer wishes to proceed a contract is signed and a 30% deposit is paid by the customer.

  • A concept drawing including the building itself, plus built in furniture such as the kitchen, cupboards, and the pool, fence, outside stairs and carport is made and agreed upon. (The customer has the option to change each area of the drawings 2 times after the initial idea.)

  • A 3 Dimensional Drawing is made so the customer can see their dwelling come alive.

  • Another 40% of fee is paid

  • A construction design drawing is then made. (This is a huge amount of work.)

  • Final 30% of fee is paid.

  • Structure Engineers and MEP price is attained and given to the customer. (MEP = Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Drawings.)

  • 30% deposit is paid.

  • After 4 weeks these drawings should be ready and the final 70% is paid.

  • All the plans and drawings are ready, and price estimate is attained
